Perform this workout:


60s per paired exercise X3. 20s rest between exe. 60s rest between pairs

 

  • Jump Squats or normal squats
  • Reverse alternating lunges

 

  • Press ups toes/knee
  • Triceps dips

 

  • Walking lunges
  • Step ups on chair/stool single
  • (do this pair 4X)
