Mark Saunders - Senior Chartered Physiotherapist
Mark Saunders Mark is both the Company Director and Senior Chartered Physiotherapist at Physio4Life. He is an experienced musculoskeletal specialist, having treated both International sportsmen and athletes alike. Mark's multidisciplinary skills show themselves as having worked very closely with the army developing rehabilitation treatments following injury, as well as working within the NHS as a physiotherapist.

Richmond is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in the neuroscience of painful conditions. In the past Richmond has worked in sport and the NHS, and now divides time between private practice and studying and researching pain at Kings College London. As a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), Richmond's main aim is to apply modern science in the clinic in order to reduce the sufferance of pain and injury.

Kelly Hall - Chartered Physiotherapist
Kelly Hall Kelly graduated from Otago University, New Zealand on 2000.
She has 7 years experience working in both the NHS and privately.

Kelly has a wide range of experience in treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Her special areas of interest are treating back and neck conditions and sports injury rehabilitation.

Kelly has trained in both acupuncture and clinical Pilates which she incorporates into her treatment and rehab programs.




Andrew Bennett - Chartered Physiotherapist
Andrew Bennett Andrew graduated with an honours degree in physiotherapy from Leeds Metropolitan University in July 2000. He chose to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

The majority of his clinical backgrouond has been in National Health Service teaching hospitals, holding senior posts in the musculoskeletal departments at both Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital Paddington.

He has developed expertise in the physical diagnosis and treatment of acute, recurrent or long term musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This includes arthritic, back, neck and shoulder pain, as well as injuries to the joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles of the upper and lower limbs. He also aims to develop rehabilitation programmes to facilitate your return to normal daily activity following musculoskeletal injury or orthopaedic surgery.

Andrew has particular interest in the management of injuries amongst the sporting population and was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2003.

Andrew has played hockey at National Level representing various teams in the English Hockey League. He is now a keen triathlete. Through personal sporting experience Andrew can empathise with the frustrations of being injured and believes in the need for accelerated rehabilitation. This maximises participation and performance whilst limiting the chance of further problems in the future.
Natasha Mechemberg - Chartered Physiotherapist
Natasha Mechemberg Natasha trained at the University of South Australia gaining experience in a Private Physiotherapy Sports Medicine Centre in Melbourne before relocating to London. She has held senior positions at various NHS hospitals as well as private practices.

She has a keen interest in the management and rehabilitation of spinal injuries.
