Bridget Sanderson: Yoga Instructor Putney

Bridget initially came to yoga ten years ago as a complement to her running and netball training with a view to promoting flexibility and reducing the risk of injury. Since then, yoga has become a large part of her life and something that she is extremely passionate about. She studied Vinyasa Flow Yoga with the internationally respected Claire Missingham to attain her professional qualifications. The course was an intense and detailed 200 hours Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training program.

Our instructor, Bridget Sanderson leads a dynamic class specifically for active individuals looking to reap Yoga’s proven benefits. Bridget’s philosophy is that whatever your sport yoga can improve your performance. The inevitable gains in flexibility, balance and whole body strength, improve form, efficiency and power. Yoga’s approach to concentration and breath awareness promotes both mental focus and endurance. Bridget believes that yoga is the perfect antidote to both the stresses of intensive physical activity and of modern day life.
