Mark is both the Company Director and Senior Chartered Physiotherapist at Physio4Life. He is an experienced musculoskeletal specialist, having treated both International sportsmen and athletes alike. Mark's multidisciplinary skills show themselves as having worked very closely with the army developing rehabilitation treatments following injury, as well as working within the NHS as a physiotherapist.

Steph graduated with a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University. She also completed an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine and specialises in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has 7 years sports Physiotherapy experience including professional, county and club level rugby, club
level football, county tennis, and junior basketball. She worked full-time with London Irish RFC in the Rugby Union Premiership during the 08-09 Season and has also worked for the MOD and NHS.
Steph played competitive tennis to a high level before choosing to become a Physiotherapist. She therefore has a first-hand understanding of an athlete’s physical and psychological needs right from initial injury through to return to competition.

Jenny graduated from Kings College, London in 2006, having become interested in physiotherapy while working at Physio4Life as a Massage Therapist. She has strong manual therapy skills and enjoys using her hands-on skills as an integral part of a treatment programme, including using acupuncture for pain relief and myofascial release. Jenny has worked in the sports industry, and in the NHS, working previously at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in London, providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy services in both the acute hospital setting and in local GP practices. She is also trained in Clinical Pilates including Ante and
Post-Natal exercise, integrating core strengthening work into rehabilitation to ensure that movement comes from a strong base from which more effective exercise and performance is made possible.
