From zero to Five full press ups in a matter of a few weeks.

Check out Debbie’s big achievement in the Indoor Bootcamp session yesterday. She started Bootcamp earlier this year and her biggest goal was to get stronger to help with her triathlon workouts. Back then, she could not manage a single press ups.

‘I can only manage a few press ups on my knees’ she use to say to me.

Last week she managed one full press up. A huge milestone.

Yesterday, it might have been pouring with rain outside – but indoors, during one of my Bootcamp sessions, Debbie produced a lightening performance – 5 full, low press ups.
