Physio4Life and all our team of highly experienced Physiotherapists are recognised and registered with all major health insurance companies. All of our physiotherapists are HPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

 

AXA PPP and BUPA UK

 

We have a contract with AXA PPP and Bupa UK enabling us to deal with them both directly in regard to any treatment claims. We require a policy number and authorisation number at the initial visit to enable us to process these claims. We also request that all clients complete a credit card mandate form for direct billing claims.

 

The initial AXA and Bupa consultation time is 45 minutes and all follow-up sessions are 30 minutes.

Please note: Bupa International is not included in the contract detailed above, please refer to Other Insurance Companies below.

 

OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES

 

For all other insurance companies; e.g. Bupa International, Pruhealth, Aviva, Simply Health and Cigna, we require payment in full at the time of the treatment where an appropriate receipt will be issued to allow clients to pursue a claim personally for reimbursement with their insurer. However, in certain cases we may be able to arrange direct billing by prior arrangement, please contact our Accounts Department to discuss.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

In all cases it is important that clients remain mindful of any policy excesses and the total number of treatment sessions authorised by their insurer, as the liability is on the individual to meet any treatment costs that their insurer will not pay.
