We regularly run non-military, indoor fitness programs for small groups of men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels with our Head Personal Trainer, Daniel Wellard. Each Class takes place in our fully equipped private gymnasium and is limited to only four people. This ensures everyone is closely supervised and pushed to their full potential within a supportive group. Sessions are structured to suit all capabilities and fitness levels. Members are motivated by Daniel and each other to do their very best. All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself but challenge yourself physically in a way you never thought possible.

 

Throughout the course, you will receive a minimum of three personal assessments, which will incorporate the innovative BioSignature Modulation principles; this method is renowned for significantly improving many aspects of health and achieving radical physical transformation. In addition, nutritional advice and support are provided to assist you in achieving great results from boot camp and also to bring about positive and lasting changes to your diet. All the way through the course, Daniel will continually monitor and assess your progress, working with you and supporting you through any challenges that you meet along the way.

 

We run a range of 6 and 12 week camps to suit individual lifestyles and timetables.
