RUNNING CLASS

Physio4Life is teaming up with Susie McLouglin, a GB and International runner, to bring you a NEW class each Saturday to help you improve your running technique and prevent future injuries - perfect for all you athletes and marathon runners.

From beginners to advanced welcome, the class is suitable for everyone.

 

The class will be running twice a week on

Wednesday at 6pm - 7pm

and

Saturdays at 8am - 9am

- It is a 5 week course at a cost of £75
- You can also recieve a FREE 15 minute gait analysis on a wednesday before the class if you wish.
- The aim is to improve running technique and prevent injury
- Each session will focus on different areas of the body
i.e. week 1, pelvic stability and hips, week 2, hamstrings and quads
- The focus will be on strength, conditioning and flexibility
- At the end of the course there will be a hand-out of 'essential exercises' and 'running tips'.
