
From beginners to advanced welcome, the class is suitable for everyone.
The class will be running twice a week on
and
- It is a 5 week course at a cost of £75
- You can also recieve a FREE 15 minute gait analysis on a wednesday before the class if you wish.
- The aim is to improve running technique and prevent injury
- Each session will focus on different areas of the body
i.e. week 1, pelvic stability and hips, week 2, hamstrings and quads
- The focus will be on strength, conditioning and flexibility
- At the end of the course there will be a hand-out of 'essential exercises' and 'running tips'.
