It is now nearly two years since severing my achilles tendon and as part of my rehab Daniel was recommended to me to help me get back to full fitness. The fact that I am still using him is testament to the fantastic job he has done in not only restoring but also improving my fitness. He certainly works me hard but has made it fun too and I could not recommend him more highly.
Last year I had reached a plateau in my fitness levels and weight loss. Since starting to workout with Dan, my excess body fat started to drop off again and I felt re-motivated to achieve my fitness goals. Personal training has given me consistent results from my exercise programme.
Being challenged each week with a variety of exercises keeps my motivation high. My posture has improved dramatically and my balance, which was badly affected by a serious illness some years ago is as good as anyone's. I now enjoy a 10-mile run and can rattle off 15 or so press-ups.
