“I have worked in the NHS, private practice and many military units over the last 16 years. I feel I have excellent manual therapy skills while also having a strong understanding of the principles of exercise therapy and exercise progressions”.
Having served in the Royal Marines for nine years, Chris understands the physical rigours and demands needed for high level sport while making sure any chronic, longer term injuries reach their full healing potential with good injury management.
