James rehabilitated my ankle following a complex arthroscopy. His knowledge is really impressive, always knowing or quickly discovering the cause of pains and always ready with solutions. He was recommended by the surgeon and it is easy to see why. Now back long-distance running.
James has been instrumental in making sure I return to play as soon as possible, being a professional netball athlete my feet are hugely important. James was able to diagnose various issues with my feet, and clearly explain how these could be modified with the orthotics he would mould for me.
He went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and I am eternally grateful.
I have to give massive thanks to James McCormack at Physio4Life. On a training run two weeks before the 2016 New York City Marathon (my first ever marathon!) I had severe pain in my knee, later diagnosed as Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS). I initially thought I wasn't going to be able to compete and all the months of training had been for nothing. But on the 6th November 2016, through James' help, I managed to finish the marathon!
I can't thank James and Physio4Life enough. I'll certainly be back to attend their running clinic before my next running event!
