Keval has been great, I came in barely able to walk on 2 crutches after a fall and 6 sessions later I am walking unaided and also earlier than expected! All the exercises have really helped and would definitely recommend Keval!
Keval qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Nottingham. During his time since University Keval has worked in a range of NHS settings involving Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Paediatrics, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Stroke, and Neuromuscular rehabilitation, working his way up to a senior physiotherapist level within the NHS.
Alongside his NHS work, Keval has also worked for several notable football clubs, including Nottingham Forest and more recently Tottenham Hotspur FC; also providing expert physio knowledge whilst on tour and in competitions with the teams. All this experience has helped Keval appreciate the 24-hour needs of an athlete, and the importance of periodising training, injury prevention and biomechanics.
Keval’s specialist interest is in injury prevention and biomechanics associated with sporting injuries and regularly attends Sports medicine conferences and FIFA medical meetings, alongside some of the most brilliant minds in the sports medicine world, both abroad and in London, to provide the most up-to-date knowledge on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
To give a more holistic viewpoint on rehabilitation, Keval has also trained as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Pilates Instructor to enhance his treatment skills. To increase his range of spectrum in treatment and knowledge, Keval has worked in classes with people who have chronic pain and Fibromyalgia, Cardiac classes, and Healthcare of the Elderly. These experiences have helped Keval understand the social, mental and physical needs of each individual, to provide a personalised rehabilitation experience.
