What is better? Mat classes or using equipment?

A pilates workout can be performed on a  mat alone however, the various equipment pieces such as the reformer incorporate light spring resistance that works like concentric and eccentric muscle contractions to safely sculpt, tone and stretch the muscles. We offer 1 to 1, 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 pilates sessions that can involve mat work and exercises on a reformer.
