Everyday you wake up, before you have your tea or coffee, have a large glass of water to hydrate your body. When we sleep our body loses water, mostly through sweat. Some estimate that we need at least 1/2 pint of water to rehydrate. If you have been drinking alcohol, chances are your body will be even more dehydrated.
