Andy has also worked with women’s premier league football teams, swimming and water polo teams and rugby teams, using knowledge of strength and conditioning and return to play protocols to help get the best performance from athletes whilst preventing and rehabilitating from injuries.
Andy has experience treating all MSK conditions and has a specialist interest in the rehabilitation of the barbell athlete, such as crossfitters and weightlifters, general sporting injuries, in particular the shoulder and knee, and long term pain management. Andy is continually updating his skills through courses and is currently completing his Strength and Conditioning qualification.
