Recently sought help for a sports injury in my hip which stopped me from running. Got an initial assessment appointment quickly and started a course of treatment with Eoghan. Eoghan got to the root of the problem straightaway and designed an exercise plan to increase strength, and I a now back running again. Eoghan and all the staff I met were very friendly and helpful and it was easy to get convenient appointment times. Highly recommended.
A great experience with Eoghan, coached me back to full fitness from a knee injury. Very helpful and knowledgeable would definitely recommend.
I saw Eoghan at Physio 4 Life for what turned out to be shin splints and a pre-stress fracture and, despite having to take six weeks off running during the busiest part of my training schedule, his excellent recovery and strengthening plan not only got me through the London Marathon, but enabled me to run it in under four hours. He gave brilliant advice at all times and was friendly and reassuring with me every step of the way. Thank you so much, Eoghan
