Ildiko was born in Hungary and was educated in Budapest, a world renowned centre for massage therapy.
Ildiko came to the UK to work with the Spinal Injuries Association, as an enabler in the private sector. She realised there, that there was so much more that could be done to help people of all abilities to attain their own goals.
She has had extensive training and aimed a diploma at the International Massage Academy, Budapest, and other educational establishments, including working with at the Clinic for Racers. She regularly returns to widen her knowledge base, recently gaining qualifications in Evminov Spinal therapy, Fascia treatment and other skills.
Having worked with sports teams and individual athletes, Ildiko is able to offer treatments for various conditions while also able to advise on preventative measures for the future.
She offers an individual, rapport based approach to treatment. By understanding the person, she is more able to diagnose and treat many conditions. This is followed by an extensive postural assessment to enable the most effective treatment or therapy.
Ildiko is also qualified in various types of massage including Remedial, Deep tissue, Sports . She also holds qualifications in Cupping, Fascia therapy ,Evminov spinal therapy and kinesiology taping. Her aim is to relieve pain and stiffness while improving mobility, joint stability and strength.
