I had a shoulder injury for the better part of last year, went to see a first physio in another practice that didn't work out well at all. Arrived to Phyio4Life with caution and was so pleasantly surprised. John was amazing. He diagnosed the right cause straight away and from that built up a treatment plan for the next 12 weeks. I just has my last session yesterday and the shoulder looks good, recovered 100%. John was very professional, gave me useful exercises to do at home / gym, followed up on my progress. Really great place, very efficient team of physios.
Saw John Ross for some new insoles. Having previously had some from Harley Street, where I just placed my feet on what I guess was a flatbed scanner, John's approach was so much more thorough. My gait and walk were both analysed. Treadmills and pressure pads and general standing observations have given me what I believe are the best insoles ever. Appointment was circa 60 minutes and the flexibility of appointment times is amazing (07:00 up to 21:30). Thanks John and Physio4Life. Will be recommending you and seeing you regularly.
I would definitely recommend Physo 4 Life! I had my ACL surgery a year ago, and I have been seeing John since then. John is very professional and patient. He understood my concerns and goals, and helped me to get back to sports. He explained the cause of different problems I was experiencing very thoroughly and clearly. He then introduced additional exercise specifically for those problems. His advise and guidance also helped me a lot throughout the rehab process. Now, I am able to play football again, and I can't thank him enough. The reception team are also very helpful and welcoming. Thank you everyone!
