I had a shoulder injury for the better part of last year, went to see a first physio in another practice that didn't work out well at all. Arrived to Phyio4Life with caution and was so pleasantly surprised. John was amazing. He diagnosed the right cause straight away and from that built up a treatment plan for the next 12 weeks. I just has my last session yesterday and the shoulder looks good, recovered 100%. John was very professional, gave me useful exercises to do at home / gym, followed up on my progress. Really great place, very efficient team of physios.
Having struggled with pain and discomfort in my left lower leg for a fair while when trying even shorter runs, I went to Physio 4 Life on the recommendation of a friend. John Ross identified the issue quickly and took me through the short course of treatment in a brilliant manner, especially for someone very unfamiliar with sports medicine. A week after finishing my 4 sessions with John, I completed my first 10km run in 2 months. Very, very happy with the service, process and results, and would recommend them to anyone in London.
