Working the “whole’’ person involves the ‘mind body’ connection which creates new neural pathways and change and results within her patients as the exercises become NEUROLOGICAL .
Julie creates a tailored program of appropriate exercise for all her patients and she
likes to guide her patients into a place of independence in their bespoke exercise program so they can have their own ‘skill set ‘of exercises to manage themselves at home too.
Julie is also a PT and can often include strength and conditioning to reshape, tone the appropriate parts of the patient especially where individuals are weak and need the extra support .In this setting it is done in a very ‘Pilates way ‘
