Had a great experience with Physio Nathan Arnold. I had five sessions with Nathan for back and neck pain. He is patient, an excellent listener, explains things very well including the science of it, and overall is a very nice and friendly person. His diagnosis of what was causing the problems and the exercises he taught me has put me in a much better shape in five weeks & given me the confidence that if I follow these, I can avoid the problems in the future. Recommend him very strongly!
I recently visited Physio4life for knee problems. Nathan is one of the most perceptive physios I’ve ever met. He identified my ailment quickly and was very clear with the exercises required. Nathan was always encouraging and put lots of effort into my recovery. He is just great at his job and always believed that I would recover fully. He was right, and within 2-3 months I was able to hike, surf and cycle. I am incredibly grateful that I saw him and consequently have been able to travel without limitations. Can absolutely recommend!
