Roxane graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone with an Integrated Master’s Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). She is a registered GOsC osteopath. She is also qualified in Sports Massage.
Born in the South of France, Roxane has a warm and caring personality. She treats patients of all age, from newborns to the elderlies; patients suffering from chronic pain, injured at work or during sport activities – each with an individual treatment program tailored to his/her needs and specificity. Roxane believes in a holistic approach treating the whole individual rather than just the disease.
With her sportive background, many years playing tennis (including team competition at French National 3 & 4 levels), skiing and running in various events, Roxane has experienced sport injuries, so fully appreciates the importance of rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Roxane also has a particular interest in paediatrics and is currently refining her skills through the post-graduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy. With osteopathic intervention, Roxane can ease functional tensions within the newborn’s body due to strains endured during the pregnancy or the delivery, thus prevent future discomfort, feeding or digestive difficulties. Furthermore, as the baby grows, starts crawling and walking, she will address musculo-skeletal imbalances or stresses that could restrict the motor development. Roxane can help mums-to-be and new mums; alleviate aches and pains that result from the gradual changes in posture as the pregnancy advances; prepare mothers for the birth; encourage the body to regain strength and flexibility after the birth or help with issues that arise when caring for the new baby.
