Stasia is one of our highly qualified Pilates instructors and Clinical Massage therapists. She graduated from The School of Medical Physiotherapy, Kracow in 1998 and moved to England 2006. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer in London in 2010, she certified in JING Advanced Clinical Massage, and as an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Pilates instructor in 2013.
Stasia’s main focus is to help people recover from long standing, short term and post-op injuries through a mixture of Pilates rehabilitation and clinical massage therapy.

Since qualifying in myofascial release, following training with John Annan, Ruth Duncan, and JING, Stasia combines her Pilates and Myofascial work with her clients which has improved the lives of many. This combination of rehabilitation works towards long-term progress and wellness of the body.
As well as having a deep understanding of Myofascial release, she is also able to perform pregnancy massage, deep tissue and sports massage.
“I have a strong interest in sports Injuries and orthopaedic surgery and believe that Pilates compliments these areas very well. Anyone can benefit from Pilates whatever their level of fitness. I believe It is particularly good for those who have suffered previous pain or persistent injuries that have led to compensation patterns”.
