Daniel Wellard has over 10 years experience in the Personal Training and Sports industry. He holds a BSC (hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science which provides a foundation of knowledge in Sports Nutrition, Physiology, Biomechanics and Sports Coaching. Whilst Daniel’s experience within Personal Training continues to grow, he has completed certifications such as the Health and Fitness Instructor by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and the Performance Enhancement Specialist (CES) by the National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM). More recently Daniel has also become certified as a Level 1 PCIP (Poliquin International Certification Programme) Strength Training Coach. This course boasts the highest quality of education and application in client assessments and exercise programme design.
 
Bio-signature Modulation is a ground breaking system developed by Charles Poliquin, which can improve many aspects of health and dramatically burn body fat. To enhance Daniel’s ability to get the best results from his clients, he has become certified as a Bio-signature Modulation Practitioner. Daniel uses this method to identify a client’s hormonal profile which provides more information on their diet and other lifestyle issues. All of which, affect a client’s ability to burn fat, perform well in sports and fitness as well as improve their day to day living.  
 
Daniel has successfully trained a vast array of people ranging from the retired individual wanting to improve quality of life to the Semi Professional Sports person, however, his main focus of work and speciality lies within Body Fat Reduction. With the revolutionary Bio-signature Modulation System together with over 10 years experience and knowledge, Daniel’s success within Personal Training will only grow and grow.

 

 

Benefits of Exercise

This all depends on the individual. Someone who wishes to improve their current health and fitness status would need to gradually increase intensity, frequency or duration of their exercise regime.
ACSM (American College of Sports and Medicine) recommend that an exercise regime should equate to no less than 2 and a half hours and 1000 calories per week. However, individuals who are just starting to exercise should take things slowly. When considering these options it is best to seek advice from a health and fitness professional.

Improving blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, stress and many other health related problems can be achieved using a variety of cardiovascular endurance exercise and resistance training.
