
Bio
Stephen is an experienced physiotherapist with over 5 years working in private MSK clinics since graduating from St. George’s, University of London. Whilst at university he worked with older adults and in paediatrics as well as completing an ITEC qualification in Sports Massage. Known to be “comfortable, relaxed, and friendly,” he prioritises your goals, views, and expectations within your treatment to achieve the outcomes that will benefit your life in the short and long term. This collaborative approach gives you agency while benefiting from his years of clinical knowledge.
A lifelong sportsman, Stephen has vast experience of the demands associated with many sports. This is vital for providing deeper insight into return to play protocols and management throughout and between seasons. He has previously worked with international footballers, boxers, and American Football players among many others. He continues to play football, cricket, and golf in his spare time and has completed FA football & goalkeeper coaching courses.
His dedication to learning and education has led him to advance into clinical mentorship roles and now a position as Lecturer at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, specialising in Musculoskeletal Diagnosis. He often attends meetings of the Football Association Medical Society and other CPD events to keep up to date with the latest research and approaches to rehabilitation.
