Adriana being herself an Ex-Pro Athlete (Flat Water Kayak Sprinter) can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any sporting and non-sporting individual helping them with their issues, injuries to achieve goals.
Adriana completed her Pilates Teacher Training with Polestar UK, London in 2014 and qualified as POLESTAR Studio & Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor, adding to her existing qualification as a Sport Masseur and Fitness Instructor.
She has chosen Polestar training because of Dr Brent Anderson, Polestar Founder who has a PhD in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami in 2005. He adopted Joseph Pilates into rehabilitation having a Physical background himself. – Dr. Brent has become one of the prevailing leaders in the Pilates world and currently one of the top presenters on Pilates Anytime. Adriana furthers her education via CPD seminars with him.
Adriana also in June 2011 become a C.H.E.K Golf Performance & Biomechanics Conditioner Coach to be able to work with golfers and Pro Golfers. – She also holds a WAKO GB Blue Belt in Kickboxing, which she uses combined with Pilates for pilates-fitness clients.
Adriana has a dynamic and proactive approach to work with clients and she offers conditioning and rehabilitation whether working with 1:1 clients or in a small 4 people class here at Physio4Life. – She believes that a healthy mind is a result of a balanced and pain free body, regardless of age and injury.
Adriana interests in sports and movement led her to study many different disciplines and specialise in movement and posture-related problems.

Adriana comes from a sporting background; her mother was a national gold medallist in Basketball, her uncle was a national female basketball coach, and she herself started training from the age of 11 years old, and competed to a professional level as a flat-water kayak sprinter in Poland. She also holds a WAKO GB Blue Belt in Kickboxing, which she uses at P4L with her private and small group class clients to incorporate with her Pilates-fitness program.
In 2007, she qualified from London Premier Training International as Sports Therapist & Fitness Instructor. She specialises in sports massage, sports injuries and relief of everyday aches and pains, particularly in the back, shoulder and neck area. She likes to use forearms, knuckles and elbow stripping techniques to go deep into the muscles and release tension and stiffness. Being an Ex Pro Athlete, she has a dynamic and proactive approach to work with clients.
In 2014, Adriana also qualified in London as a Polestar Studio & Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor. She completed C.H.E.K Golf Performance & Biomechanics Conditioner Coach training to combine with her sports therapy Golf clients as well as with Pilates practice to help any golfer or a tennis player with their game as both sports a predominantly rotational movement.
Adriana wants to make sure that her clients receive the best treatment. She loves to laugh, and can often be heard laughing with her clients while helping you to relieve stress, ease pain and create better flexibility through passive stretching… she’s also not afraid to go deep if that’s what you need!
