After several months with a sore knee I went to Physio4Life along with my son who is an up and coming tennis player training up to 4 hours a day. We were fully assessed and several biomechanical issues were spotted with our feet and orthotics ordered. They arrived quickly and were more comfortable than I had ever had. The first thing I noticed was how much better I was moving around the court. They have been a great success for both of us and importantly my knee pain has gone. You won’t see me playing at Wimbledon without them.

I would like to thank all at Physio4Life for all their support this year. It is a wonderful place to go and work on my strength training and conditioning. To work with professionals in all aspects of my conditioning is important to the success I have on the golf course.
