Bio
Rochelle Sequeira is a Chartered Senior Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. She holds an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University and has UK private MSK experience, working with a wide range of patients from recreationally active individuals to high-level athletes.
She has a particular interest in treating injuries related to the ankle, knees, hips, and shoulders, and enjoys managing both acute and long-standing conditions. Rochelle regularly works with sports-related and post-operative rehabilitation, including ligament, cartilage, and overuse injuries, with a strong focus on safe and effective return to activity. Her clinical approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, combining progressive exercise rehabilitation with manual therapy and taping where appropriate.
Alongside her private MSK work, Rochelle has been working with Fulham FC Academy for the past two years. Her role includes pitch-side injury management, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, which has further developed her clinical reasoning and understanding of performance demands. This experience complements her MSK practice and supports her ability to tailor rehabilitation programmes to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys watching football matches, socialising with friends and going to the gym.
