Bonnie Ryckova- Personal Trainer
Bonnie originates from the Czech Republic and studied in Prague . In 2009 she became a Master Personal Trainer and lower back exercise specialist.
She went onto study Pilates with Michael King, the founder and Director of the Pilates Institute UK, and later clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in London.
