Can I do Pilates if I’m pregnant?

Many gentle stretching and strengthening pilates exercises are good for a woman’s body and mind during pregnancy. Generally, moderate exercise is safe throughout a normal, healthy pregnancy. We offer pre natal pilates classes and recommend that if you are pregnant that you switch to these classes or attend 1 to 1 sessions. If you are pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can book you in with the appropriate pilates instructors qualified to teach pregnancy pilates.
