Everyone knows that I bang on about High Intensity Exercise and the benefits it appears to show. Here is another study showing that it can be superior to steady state continuous exercise (jogging) at improving cardiovascular risk factors.

T
hat does not mean to say that jogging is pointless. The best form of exercise is the one that you ‘enjoy’ and will more likely continue to do.

The consign of the study reads………. In summary high-intensity interval training tends to impact cardiometabolic health more favourable compared with a moderate-intensity continuous endurance exercise protocol.
