What are HIIT classes?
HIIT classes are High Intensity Interval Training full bod work out classes specifically designed to take your body to its maximum limit. The main aim of HIIT classes is to work you hard giving one hundred percent effort in a short burst through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes even active, recovery periods to give fast recognisable results.
