What to Expect

The team is here to help our clients’ every step of the way through their rehabilitation. We provide a comforting and supportive environment where each case is individually assessed with the greatest care.

The initial in-depth consultation involves:

  • A full medical history,
  • A thorough physical examination
  • Discussion of findings
  • Proposed treatment plan with realistic goals based on what the client would like to achieve

Clinical Pilates is fully supervised by the Physiotherapist in our on-site private gym and Pilates studio. The clinic has invested in the latest Pilates equipment to complement mat work, which includes: Trapeze Table, Cadillac, Tower, Chair and Reformer.

What to Bring

We recommend our clients wear comfortable tops and bottoms for their sessions but avoid overly baggy clothes, which may hinder the ability to assess posture and assist with alignment. Training shoes should be worn. For clients comfort, Physio4Life provides complementary distilled water at reception but guests are advised to bring a water bottle to ensure they stay hydrated. Towels are not provided by the clinic and clients are kindly requested to bring there own to sessions.

The studio will provide all other materials for your session. A changing room and separate shower are available for clients use.
